1) What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use Venue Manager Pro on iPhone/iPad and when you visit our support website. If anything here conflicts with local law, the stricter rule applies.

2) The data we collect
We aim to collect the minimum data needed to operate the App.
A. Information you provide

  • Business profile data: venue/brand name, logo, address, notes.

  • Booking & client details: client name, contact info, booking date/time, service details, internal notes.

  • Invoices & documents: invoice line items, due dates, terms, totals; generated PDFs.

  • Attachments you choose: photos/files you explicitly select (e.g., logo images, receipt pictures).

  • Support messages: information you send via email or the website contact form.

B. Device & app data (generated automatically)

  • Basic device info: device model, OS version, App version.

  • Product interaction / usage: screens opened, features used (aggregate form).

  • Diagnostics & crash data: error logs to improve stability.

 
We do not access your photo library unless you choose a photo/file. We do not record audio, track your location, or run background tracking.
C. Payments & subscriptions

  • In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your full payment card data. We may receive limited transaction metadata (e.g., product ID, transaction status) needed to manage entitlements.
     

3) Why we collect data (purposes)

  • Core functionality: create/manage bookings, clients, invoices, documents, and reminders.

  • Sync/backup (optional): if you enable cloud sync/backups, we process the content you choose to sync so it’s available across your devices.

  • Notifications: send local notifications/reminders you configure (you can disable anytime in iOS settings).

  • Support & communication: respond to your questions and troubleshoot issues.

  • Security & fraud prevention: detect abuse and secure accounts/entitlements.

  • Analytics & quality: high-level usage, diagnostics, and crash reports to improve reliability and UX (no third-party ad tracking).
     

Legal bases (EEA/UK): performance of a contract (providing the App), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), and/or consent where required (e.g., notifications). You can withdraw consent at any time via iOS settings.

4) Do we share your data?
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use third-party advertising SDKs.
We may share data only with:

  • Service providers / processors: hosting, error reporting, or optional sync/backups—strictly to provide the App (bound by confidentiality and data processing terms).

  • Apple: for in-app purchases, receipts, and subscription validation.

  • Legal reasons: if required by law, to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.

  • Business transfer: if we merge, acquire, or sell assets, data may transfer under the same privacy commitments.
     

5) Data retention

  • On device: your bookings, clients, and invoices remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App.

  • Cloud sync (if enabled): retained while your account/entitlement is active or as needed to provide the service; deleted upon your request or after account closure (subject to backup cycles).

  • Support & transactional records: kept for as long as needed for support, compliance, and accounting.

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.

6) Your choices & controls

  • Photos & files: you choose what to import. Revoke access anytime in iOS settings.

  • Notifications: enable/disable in iOS Settings → Notifications and within the App.

  • Export/backup: Settings → Data Export/Import to export JSON or PDFs.

  • Delete content: you can delete bookings, clients, and documents from within the App.

  • Uninstall: removes App data stored on your device (does not affect any optional cloud backups unless you request deletion).
     

7) Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, port your data, and withdraw consent.

  • EEA/UK (GDPR/UK GDPR): contact us to exercise rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

  • California (CCPA/CPRA): we do not “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can request access/deletion/correction and limit use of sensitive data by contacting us. We will not discriminate for exercising your rights.

8) Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe and review controls regularly.

10) Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us to remove it.

Our App/website may link to external sites (e.g., Apple EULA). We’re not responsible for their privacy practices—please review their policies.

12) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll post the new version with an updated “Effective date.” Material changes may be communicated in-app or on the website. Continuing to use the App means you accept the updated policy.

Auto-renewing subscription, 1 month. Payment is charged to your Apple ID and renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage/cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. The App displays the official price from the App Store (we do not hardcode prices).
